Chef di Bordo is the professional course created by Gambero Rosso Academy Palermo in partnership with Spartivento, a leading charter company in Italy that has been working in the nautical sector for 20 years. By becoming a Chef di Bordo, you will have the opportunity to embark on beautiful sailing boats and catamarans in collaboration with the many charter companies in Italy, including Spartivento. Our boats sail in Sicily, the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, Sardinia... If you dream of discovering these wonderful places on board one of our boats and creating a profession from this passion, the Chef di Bordo course by Gambero Rosso Academy Palermo is perfect to make your wish come true. The course will start on 12th April 2021 and includes a 2-day trip with overnight stay on our boats!
